Relax on the covered back porch with a grill and hot tub, or take in creek views from the front porch sitting areas. Ideal for fishermen, families, or couples seeking a serene getaway.
The Palomino features three inviting bedrooms with fresh white paint and wooden trim, each outfitted with custom log beds for a cozy, rustic touch. Blinds offer privacy in all rooms. The sleek black-tiled bathroom includes a black vanity and toilet for a modern look. In the bright kitchen, find all-white cabinets and butcher block countertops, plus stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The connected living room and kitchen boast a large island for dining and sitting, while the living room features all-white walls, a comfortable L-shaped sectional, and a wall-mounted TV above a wood-burning fireplace. A large window in the living room offers beautiful views of the creek.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire first floor of the cabin. There is a door that leads to the upstairs but this area is an unfinished loft area that is not available to guests. All other parts are accessible to guests!
The hot tub is available year-round for guests to enjoy. Please follow the provided hot tub instructions for your safety and the longevity of the equipment. We have firewood available for purchase on-site and can also put you in contact with a local seller who can drop off firewood as needed.

Loved this cabin! Very clean, quaint, and beautiful location. Being a weekend getaway rental in an extremely remote location, I would recommend providing some bear necessities for renters to use - ie. basic cooking condiments (salt, pepper, oil/pam, sugar) and a hair dryer. Many places offer shower gel/shampoo/conditioner these days, but not a big deal. Also, please provide WiFi info either in your email or in the house - only 1 of us had service once we got to the house and I had to reach out for it. Most places have it displayed in the house. Lastly, it would be helpful to have a list of “things to do” in the area with some helpful info on how to get there - making sense of the trail heads & driving was a little challenging esp when you lose service a lot. Overall, due to the cleanliness, beautiful location, hot tub, and remote getaway experience, I would opt to come back! Thank you!

Overall we had a nice stay. The beds were comfortable, the inside was nice and clean, and it had everything we needed for cooking. We plan on renting here again.

The place has potential, but it needs attention to detail. For example, the covered veranda would be lovely for sitting and relaxing but the furniture cushions were so dirty, that we couldn’t even use them. The bedrooms have no place to put a suitcase, or at least some shelves to put clothes on while making this place home. It appears that renovations were started, but not finished especially in the two bedroom closets. There is a very spongy section in the flooring between the kitchen and the living room. Check-in was easy and the owner responded quickly when contacted. Wifi worked well (we never tried the TV so cant comment). Kitchen facilities ok but could use a good cleaning. We were only two; might be cramped for a bigger party. Beautiful setting!
