Our apartment is ideal for families, friends, couples, and business travelers. This fully equipped three-bedroom apartment is located in La Cala del Moral, just 15 minutes from Malaga, in a quiet area with easy access to the beach. The private pool is available only in summer, from mid-June to mid-September. You’ll be close to a shopping center offering supermarkets, restaurants, and a cinema, with direct access to the highway and just minutes from Malaga’s main attractions. Enjoy a spacious terrace with views, perfect for dining, and free private parking.



The beach is 12 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car. Malaga’s city center, famous for its beauty, history, and museums, is 15 minutes away. The airport is a 25-minute drive, while the bus and train stations are 20 minutes away. The Cueva del Tesoro, one of only three known underwater caves in the world and the only one in Europe, is just 5 minutes away. Nerja, Maro, and Frigiliana are 30 minutes away, and Marbella is 50 minutes away. You’ll find excellent restaurants nearby, as well as several water parks and karting tracks.



The private complex is surrounded by hills and nature. The seafront promenade, which connects Malaga and Vélez Málaga for walking and cycling, is nearby. Alongside it, there’s a small basic outdoor public gym close to the beach.



You also have access to the complex’s green areas and the pools in summer, available from June 15th to September 15th.
