Located on the east end of St. Thomas, this studio offers private, clean, and simple accommodations. It has a comfortable bed, a cozy living space, and a convenient location with easy taxi access.
Next door to the world-famous resort, Margaritaville, Pineapple Parrot Apartment, is the perfect location to do it all!
THE SPACE
Pineapple Parrot Apartment is a comfortable and cozy studio, with everything you'll need to make your St. Thomas vacation a success! Enjoy a queen-size bed, Plenty of clothing storage with a closet and a dresser, and an outdoor community pool.
Accommodations include a private outdoor space with two seats, AC, a large kitchenette with a microwave, a mini fridge, and complimentary filtered water. Eat-in options are available in the apartment with additional kitchen items like a hot plate and a toaster.
Located directly next door to the world-famous resort, Margaritaville, you'll be within walking distance of Pineapple Beach, a restaurant, and easy access to taxi pickups.
GUEST ACCESS
When you stay at the Pineapple Parrot Apartment the entire space will be yours. The surrounding grounds and community pool are common spaces. During your stay at Pineapple Village Condos, you'll likely see other guests and residents
When staying at this condo please note that you will not have access to Margaritaville amenities, only the restaurant and Pineapple Beach.
You won't see us unless you need us! This is a self-check-in property, however, we are always available, 24/7, by phone or messaging during your stay.
LOCATION
Pineapple Parrot Apartment is located on the East end of St. Thomas, close to Coki Beach. This location sits directly next to the world-famous resort, Margaritaville. Enjoy quick and easy access to taxi services, a restaurant, and a 5-minute walk to Pineapple Beach.

- 25 - Minute drive from STT Airport
- 15-minute drive to Magens Bay Beach
- Less than a 5-minute drive to Coki Beach
GETTING AROUND
This location is great if you don't want to rent a vehicle. It's an easy taxi pickup location, and you can walk to the main road for the safari taxi route.
If you don't want to use taxis during your stay, renting a vehicle on the island of St. Thomas is highly recommended, as we are not a walking community. This is also a more economical choice when exploring the island.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
It is common for the island of St. Thomas to lose power occasionally. When the power is out in St. Thomas, you will not have any electricity in this condo. Power can not be guaranteed at any time.
WIFI connection and speed can not be guaranteed at any time. Connections on St. Thomas can be slower and inconsistent at times.

The rental was incredibly clean when we checked in, and the cleaner was accommodating when unexpectedly showed up a tad early with a wedding dress in tow. The unit had a large shower with full frosted windows - something about that really did it for us and tied into the island vibe! I loved that the vanity was outside the shower area as well. The minisplit in the room provided adequate AC. The kitchenette was sufficient. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that could have offered additional comfort was a few more bed pillows and an extra blanket - we’re in our 30s and like some extra sleeping support. Our host was communicative, the rules & guidelines were thoughtfully provided in the rental and beforehand. Our stay was comfortable, seamless and returned the value we expected. Thanks so much!
