About this cottage rental
Set on a private ridge close enough to Cooroy shops and cafes, 25 minute drive to Noosa beaches and restaurants.
Your self-contained cottage has views of a lush tropical garden & rolling hills, grazing cows & rolling green grass valleys with trees that line every hill.
The Cottage is very well appointed with many extra features to make your stay amazing, comfortable and memorable.
A pleasant escape from busy schedules so you can enjoy a well-earnt rest.
Walking tracks and birdwatching. Botanical Gardens and Lake nearby (15 mins).
Located in the back hills area of Cooroy, set on 6 1/2 lush acres, the separate 'self-contained cottage' forms part of our homestead being the owner's residence.
It is surrounded by a permaculture garden with native birds being one of the background sounds. Even rare 'wrens'.
You will hear the cows walking by and very occasionally the neighbor's tractor if he needs to check on the surrounding cows.
There is something unique about the proximity of this cottage, as this property is surrounded by pyramid-style mountains.
Your accommodation is a delightful space with a queen bed, a spare single bed which also doubles up as a couch, a bathroom, a shower, and a kitchen with stove top and oven. Also a microwave oven.
Natural and simplistic yet very comfortable stylish and private. Ideal for 2 persons extra mattress available for a child.
A Quiet and peaceful space that gives the visitor time to unwind and get off the merry-go-round.
The cottage is serviced by a fresh rainwater tank with filtered water and a shower within the bathroom.
Great views from the balcony/verandah for enjoying the beautiful sunrise & sunsets. A perfect glassed-in sun room, which doubles up as extra space. Again this is a very private area.
Inside the cottage, there is a state-of-the-art water purification system, and a DVD Player - New Smart TV is connected.
Some great movies for your enjoyment, CD players, books, and magazines. Also, the table in the glassed-in area can be used as a desk.
The cottage is a 5-minute drive from the Cooroy village and Station and bus stop and around a 25-minute drive to popular Noosa Beach National Park.
The local Cooroy village has many facilities including a modern library, restaurants, coffee shops, and cafes. Just a beautiful space and location all around.

Annie is a wonderful host. A generous heart and old fashioned girl with young energy. You will love your stay here . Beautiful vistas of the mountains up high in a top spot. We loved the cosy cabin it was so cute. Peaceful and stunning views Plenty of indoor and outdoor relishing in the sun. The little sunroom also is a cute space. Cooroy and Pomona are a must to visit. Great food with cute little country towns. Peaceful walks in nature and cows that visit in other properties are a treat. If you’re looking to attend a workshop for lifestyle and food prepping -Annie also offers these I’m hoping to return again soon xxoo Thankyou Annie and Daryl

Great place for a couple to unwind. Host is very welcoming and is available if required. Great views from the sunroom!!
