E-bikes also available (for a fee) to get outside and explore the nearby trails plus Buffalo Bill's Tavern and Brewery is a short walk away.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($47) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1,500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$5/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:

the good-We've stayed in 7 different homes in Torreon, and this is my wife's favorite. Bright. Immaculate. Tastefully decorated. Lower floor, one level. Didn't have to hump suitcases up a flight (we're 75-85).Quiet even though it's on the main drag. It's within spitting distance of Buffalo Bill's Restaurant and Entertainment complex.Bad- Listed as three bedroom; actually two bdrm. and a den (no closet). That leads to the fact that the master bdrm. does not have a usable closet (locked for owners). Must be a professional basketball player to reach chain for shade in northwest corner of back deck.The amenity of an icemaker was broken and ice had to made by hand. Not a deal breaker.The ugly (could have been). Not worth discussing as the problem was corrected in good time. Kudos for tackling and correcting the situation rapidly.

The home was beautiful and it was nice having phone chargers all throughout. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen was very nice and had everything you would need. Close to plenty of walking trails for adventures! We were looking forward to bunk beds for the two boys, but that would be the only listing error! Wonderful Hosts!!

This spacious and beautifully appointed home provided the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, accommodating our group with ease. The views from the deck were breathtaking, the well-equipped kitchen made meals a delight to prepare, and the proximity to the local attractions and outdoor activities added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring that our stay was seamless from start to finish. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed.I highly recommend this property for any group looking for a luxurious and inviting home. We look forward to returning in the future!
