About this house rental
Enjoy beautiful views and relaxation in this charming lakeside home. The cook's kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and entertain. Relax in front of the large stone fireplace or step outside on the patio to watch the sunset.
Close to hiking, skiing, and a 20 minute drive to Middlebury College and 40 minutes to Killington. Lots of dining and shopping options within a short drive.
Three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom that includes a bathtub. The second bathroom is also located on the first floor and has a standing shower. The third bathroom (also with a standing shower) is located in the finished basement. The fourth bedroom is located in the loft and is accessed via the spiral staircase. The finished basement has a pool table and TV. Wall A/C units provide cooling during warmer months.
There is a screened porch off of the kitchen and the patio has a large outdoor dining table and chairs.
The private dock is located down a landscaped path from the house and is equipped with lounge chairs. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. To ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors and to protect the property, hosting gatherings or events that exceed the maximum occupancy limit is not allowed.

Overall the property was very clean, and had everything you would need for a weekend getaway. The house was beautiful, and the privacy was a plus.

The cabin and location were beautiful. Lots of amenities. A few problems but nothing that spoiled our stay. Would recommend it to anyone
