My first time to Mexico Beach. This is a wonderful place to stay. The condo is very nice, clean and has plenty of amenities. From the balcony are great views of the water and gorgeous sunsets. Just steps from the beach. Our host Scott responded quickly to any questions I had. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Host was great, stay was good. Out of their hands was the fact that it was colder time of year (early Feb.) w/ highest temperatures in the 50's. Very nice condo with great views of the Gulf of Mexico and access to the beach.
