The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful house in one of the best tourist areas of the city! This house has all the comforts you need to enjoy your vacations or weekend getaways.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it ideal for a family or a group of friends. In addition, it has 2 additional single sofa beds to accommodate more guests.
The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed afternoon. It has a grill to prepare delicious barbecues and a pool to cool off on hot days. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The house with air conditioning in all rooms so you can be comfortable at any time of the day. In addition, you can enjoy high-speed internet to be connected at all times.
Please note that the house is on the first floor and can only be accessed by stairs. But don't worry, the view from the terrace is worth the effort.
To guarantee your safety, we have installed security cameras at the entrance to the house.

Guest Access:
We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.
Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.
The neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, many of them with entertainment-themed décor. It is ideal for walking and discovering design and fashion stores, art galleries and open-air markets where you can find local and artisan products. There are also several parks and squares nearby, such as Plaza Serrano.
Getting Around:
Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Interaction with Guests:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). Friends and I stayed in this Vrbo for 4 nights while visiting Buenos Aires. Had a great time staying at this property and would come back. Couple key things for us: (1) very clean, (2) host communication was clear and timely, (3) felt safe in the neighborhood - we walked everywhere and during night hours no problem, and (4) location was excellent - walking or short uber distance to Recoleta and Palermo. Lots of conveniences nearby as well, including coffee shops, corner stores, wine store, etc. Lastly, we really enjoyed how management handled early/late check-in/out. With long international flights, we had some awkward arrival/departure times. We were able to use their portal and pay for these services ahead of time, and thus making our trip smoother. It’ll cost you a fee, but it was money well spent not having to worry about our luggage.

Upon walking into this property, my friends and I were astounded by it's beauty. The tall ceilings, exposed brick, ample amounts of natural light, all of it was just perfect. The beds were super comfortable and the whole living space just felt so fresh. I would love to live in this apartment full time. The location was perfect as well. We loved how close it was to awesome coffee shops, restaurants, and the gym. When we return to Buenos Aires, we will definitely try to stay here again. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the fact we couldn't bring any guests overnight. Thanks again for the sweet stay!
