Perfect for our group! We rented this house for our 10 year reunion at UNH. The bedrooms and bunkhouse were nice and clean! We enjoyed using the fire pit in the backyard and could hang house in the large open kitchen. Overall, a great stay!

This is a beautiful property - impeccably clean, well-designed, and stocked with everything you need. The layout of the main house is fantastic, with ample space for everyone to be together or in separate areas. The kids loved what we came to call the "playroom," and thoroughly enjoyed the games, arcade, and mini putting green. My favorite part was the back patio and firepit area. The bunkhouse was great extra space as well. Our family had a magical time at this property. The hosts were fantastic - they had excellent communication with us before, during, and after. It was clear they genuinely want their guests to have a top-notch experience. We'd go back in a heartbeat, and hope to do just that!

The house is beautiful and had the perfect amount of space for our group of 10. The kids loved the play space in the garage! Very quiet neighborhood, house was exactly as described and pictured. John and Jess very extremely responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
