This beautiful, newly renovated 1-bedroom condo is perfect for a couple or single person. Located nearby a luxurious pool, it has an open concept floor plan and was remodeled to make your stay feel like a home away from home.
New kitchen and bath cabinets, counters, sinks and faucets, washer/dryer, stove, microwave, furnishings, flooring and fresh paint. Contemporary dining and living rooms with a sofa selected for its comfort. Roomy and quiet bedroom includes a California King Tempur-Pedic mattress for a rejuvenating sleep and a walk-in closet. The bathroom is spacious with a large vanity and soaking tub. There is a workspace with an office desk and chair and a private balcony with seating. It also includes high speed WiFi and a Smart TV provides access to all your favorite apps and allows for Cast/AirPlay from your personal devices. The condo is well equipped with linens, kitchen wares, hair dryer, keyless entry, toiletries and all of the basics. Free onsite parking.

The grounds are meticulously cared for, clean and well maintained.
Great location on the Gilbert/Mesa town line, just off highway 60, allows for easy commuting around Arizona. Two grocery stores and many restaurants within 2 minute drive and close to everything you would want to do in the Phoenix metropolitan area; Fantastic shopping, hiking, golfing, biking, waterpark, botanical garden, nightlife, spring training, sightseeing. You’ll find a guest book at the condo with a list of wonderful suggestions! Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport is only 25 minutes away and Mesa-Gateway airport is 15 minutes away.

$50 Fee for unapproved late checkout
$50 Fee for missing or lost amenities key card or tv remote control
*The guest reserving the condo must provide a copy of a valid driver's license within 24 hours after booking confirmation (DL number may be redacted).

*Doorbell Camera*: For your safety, there is a doorbell camera at the front door with a view to the outside only. No cameras are installed inside the condo.
This is a second floor unit that requires one flight of stairs to access the front door.
Owner is not responsible for the home owner's association temporary shutdown of any amenities. The owner will do it's best to keep you informed of any closure that it is aware of during a guest's stay.

The condo was spotless when I arrived. The directions to the condo were clear, I appreciated the map. Check in and check out instructions were well writtin and very clear. It was nice to have the washer and dryer available for use. The resort was well kept and quiet. Thank you for making my trip relaxing and enjoyable.
