Ground floor:
1 double bedroom ("La Meraviglia") with en-suite shower and direct access to the garden and pool terrace

Fully equipped kitchen (brand-new appliances), with a handcrafted dining table for 10 (Carlo’s own creation)
Cozy living room with natural stone walls, comfortable sofas, and a smart TV
