My friends and I spent 9 nights in the apartment which is only a few minutes away from Katz's. Clean and well equipped, we had no issues during our stay. The neighborhood is one of the most vibrant in Manhattan, full of coffee shops, restaurants and nightlife spots. During the weekend it can get a bit hectic and noisy on the street as lots of people are going out in the area, but we enjoyed that even more

This was a perfect location for us, in the middle of lots of bars and restaurants and late night action. Just down the Street from Katz's deli and Russ and Daughters and plenty of shopping. Walked to rental bike and rode over Manhattan bridge, walked back across Brooklyn Bridge, quintessential NY experience. Easy F train ride to midtown for shows and the Easter Bonnet parade. Was a little loud on the street at night but only in the front room, didn't bother us at all.

Good living area with large TV. A/C works great. The place can use some TLC and attention to detail. Some key items missing. Noise from street and people hanging out were tough to negotiate at midnight. Bathrooms are good.
