Location excellent, very cute and cozy! Bed was very comfortable. Nice outdoor amenities but due to rain every afternoon we did not really get to take advantage but it was very well thought out!
There were only 4 towels, 2 wash cloths and 1 makeup cloth for a 7 day stay. 1 dish towel no dish cloth and less than half a roll of paper towels with no extras. It did have washer/dryer so we bought some soap and did the towels not a big deal but on vacation would prefer not to. Usually Airbnb’s leave extra supplies. Also a big one was the GATE it was difficult to stay closed!

Colorado Native here. This is such a great place to escape for a few days and it's just a few hours away. Very cool property of mostly tiny homes in another awesome Colorado mountain town. Everyone we came across was very friendly. Cute tiny house with lots of space for the both of us. Pet friendly property (although we didn't bring our old guy this trip) that provided little extras for your furry family and the stairs would be doable for a dog (not a ladder). Nice firm Kind sized mattress in the loft. LOVE the skylight. Didn't hit our heads once. House was clean, bright, well stocked with essentials, easy to find, and easy parking. Very quiet well kept community. Close to town (with great breakfast choices). We will be back!
AC Instructions were a little hard to figure out but once we did, it was perfect (and quiet). Robes in the closet would have been a bonus and I would have been more likely to use the hot tub so don't forget to pack yours!

Easy to access, very close to town. Sturdy construction and well insulated. Campground was quiet. Had all the essentials for cooking. Bathroom and shower were spacious, as were sleeping and lounging rooms. Hot tub and private yard is a major plus.
Still a tiny house, so can be a little tight in some places. Toilet is RV style, but not the most complicated. Sleeping loft took some getting used to and the stairs leading up to it were small.
