We loved staying at Forest Ave 63. The unit itself is even nicer than the pictures. It's nice and bright with a very functional kitchen and 3 decent sized bedrooms. The large onsen tub is also a treat. The owner was easy to reach and responded promptly every time. For a family of 3, two adult sons and myself, this unit offered plenty of space.
The unit overall could use a few more touches as storage space is very limited. Hooks on doors or walls especially in the bathrooms are needed. In addition, while the living room space worked fine as is for 3, seating is very limited. The location is also a bit out of the way, but we didn't mind it
