Saubere, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was braucht für längeren Aufenthalt.
Parkplatz 1.3 km entfernt, aber zum Abladen gibt es vor der Tür Parkplätze für 30 Minuten frei parken . Kein Aufzug.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung in der 4. Etage mit zwei geräumigen Schlafzimmern. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Modernes Badezimmer. Tolle Lage direkt an der Tepl. Fußgängerzone und Kolonnaden sowie Geschäfte und Restaurants sind alle fußläufig nach wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Kleiner Mini-Markt direkt nebenan. Parkkarte für kostenloses Parken wird zur Verfügung gestellt (Parkplatz ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt). Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße sind ebenfalls vorhanden, aber teuer (Ticketautomat).
Das Treppenhaus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Aufstieg in die 4. Etage mit vielen flachen Stufen ist anstrengend.

Świetna lokalizacja - kilka minut spacerkiem od największych atrakcji Karlovych Varów. Bezproblemowe przekazanie i zwrot kluczy (skrytka z kodem). Bardzo dobrze wyposażone i ciepłe. Dostajemy kartę do dużego parkingu koło dworca - po wypakowaniu bagaży, powrót spacerkiem w kilkanaście minut - po drodze można zobaczyć muzeum Jana Bechera. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. W pobliżu knajpki i sklepy. Wszystko czego potrzeba na jeden lub kilka dni.
Mieszkanie na 4 piętrze kamienicy, więc dość wysoko. Wejście męczące nawet dla osób w średnim wieku. Proszę to wziąć pod uwagę wynajmując, żeby nie było niespodzianek lub pretensji. My o tym widzieliśmy, więc nie obniża to naszej ogólnej oceny obiektu.
