Pulizia eccellente, era presente tutto il necessario, cura dei particolari, posizione ottima per arrivare a piedi ad Aosta e in macchina in tutti i posti di interesse. Host disponibile e attenta alle esigenze. Spero di ritornare presto!

Soggiorno ad Aosta
La struttura è carina ed accogliente, fornita di tutto il necessario per il tuo soggiorno. Situata a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Aosta, è dotata di un comodo parcheggio.
Purtroppo la struttura è situata fra due strade ad alto scorrimento, che rendono impossibile aprire le finestre di notte. Con il gran caldo estivo si è costretti a dormire con le finestre chiuse, per non sentire l'incessante traffico, ed il ventilatore acceso, non sufficiente per riposare bene. La vivibilità della struttura migliorerebbe con l"installazione dell'aria condizionata, almeno nelle due stanze da letto.

Locali puliti e ordinati. Servizi in generale positivi. Molto bello il bagno. Cucina e utensili a disposizione Accoglienza
Purtroppo le alte temperature di Agosto,la mancanza di aria condizionata e il rumore del traffico stradale anche notturno(con finestre tenute aperte) non hanno aiutato durante la notte.per fortuna c'è un ventilatore per ogni camera da letto. Comunque se si tengono le finestre chiuse nessun rumore si percepisce. Non è un grosso punto negativo,se uno ha spirito di adattamento come me,in questo caso si può soprassedere. La valutazione rimane comunque più che positiva.

Dommage, bel appartement, mais...
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires, souriant et sympa. L'appartement est rénové, très beau et propre, les linges de toilettes ainsi que les lits prêts à notre arrivée. Les équipements sont au rdv, four, four micro-ondes, plaque induction, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cafetière à capsule Bialetti, ainsi qu'une place de parking...bref, top.
Le bruit des automobiles est juste insupportable. L'appartement est entouré de 2 routes à fort passage permanent et seuls les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas pour garder les fenêtres fermées, donc le bruit est une véritable nuisance, de jour comme de nuit...je pense que nous aurions apprécié, si nous étions venus en hiver. C'est à contrecœur que je mets ce point négatif, mais une seule personne en fait mention dans les autres commentaires et c'est d'une importance capitale à mes yeux. Sans ce problème, vous mériteriez 9/10.

הדירה ממוקמת בין שני כבישים סואנים - 10 מטר מכל צד! רעש נוראי המחייב את אטימת הפתחים משני הצדדים. אבל זו דירה מתחת לגג, לוהטת בקייץ גם בלילה. אין מיזוג אוויר - רק מאוורר אחד על 3 החדרים. המארחת סרבה לספק עוד מאוורר. 2 לילות ראשונים לא ישנו. גם המזרונים לא נוחים - קפיצים כמו לפני 100 שנה. חניה לחוצה בין רכבים בצמוד לקיר. והעיקר - חוסר כל אמפתיה מהמארחת. הגיבה לטענותינו - אתם יכולים ללכת. ברור לנו שמתארחים קודמים נתקלו וסבלו מאותן בעיות, שהרי מדובר בבעיות אובייקטיביות. איך אין לכך כל רמז בביקורות? הכל נפלא והציון 9.8? לא יכול להיות!

Casa bella e moderna all'interno, molto pulita e accogliente. Ottima posizione per chi vuole sciare visto che dista a soli 5 minuti dagli impianti e ottimo il posto auto all'interno della struttura. Proprietaria gentile e molto disponibile, ci torneremo!
