I just moved out here so I needed a temporary stay for about 10 days while I waited on my apartment to be ready. The place was very spacious, secure, and the wifi worked.
The dishes were old, some were cracked.
My shower didn't drain properly the first couple of days, they fixed it on day 3. There was a sewage smell that came from the bathroom everytime I ran the water. I tried to use scented candles to get rid of the smell but it was hard.
The towels also had a stain that I couldn't even wash off, so I had to use my clothes to dry off instead.
The neighbors were very pleasant. The area was great. I was a couple of blocks away from the beach and local restaurants/ markets .
With a few improvements it can definitely be a great traditional style rental, but those improvements will need to be made.
