Quiet place, big bathroom, good wifi. Check-in / check-out worked seamlessly. Tanvesh is also a very friendly and helpful host. Gave me some more kitchen equipment after asking. Was also willing to give us a ride.

- No AC in the kitchen (and no ventilation from bedroom to kitchen). - Kitchen was poorly equipped, single hotplate, 1 medium size pot and small pans, not suitable for preparing a full meal. - Actually not a "beachfront" property. Have to walk back to main road and take the next road to beach (~700 m), often jammed with cars, scooters and people - or sneak through the Taj Holiday Resort for a shortcut.

The kindness,. hospitality and service of the owner/host is beyond, from the first moment to the last. And i think that I will never forget this stay. It was my first time to Goa. And cause the careful and respectful way Tanvesh communicated. And nothing was too much for him at all, I have felt instant safe and home for a female solo Traveller. His mother and sister helps him. It was lovely to experience that as well. The location is peaceful; just the sounds of the birds in the morning. New rooms, near the beach (5-10 min walk, depends on the temperature haha) I have booked the apartment for 8 days. I even booked two extra nights ( moved to the one bedroom, without kitchen) to celebrate the Holi festival, before my trip to the south, the festival was AMAZING btw ;) The room without kitchen was actually for me good too, since there were so many nice restaurants around and I left the cooking to the so many good cooks in the area ;) At "Dolce Amore " there is the best espresso! Next to there is "Himalaya" restaurant i also recommended highly. Next to Joe's and a very beautiful place "Chocolaterie" where you can have the best smoothies in a beautiful garden with an south east Asian feeling. I have walked a lot. But i can imagine most people prefer to rent a car, bike, take taxi/bus, which is also available nearby. If I go back to the North of Goa, i would come definitely back <3 Thank you Tanvesh for your care and service! Bless you, your family and staff.

Hospitality of owner, quiet place to stay. near by markets.

Host was so sweet to help in everything, so nothing was to unlike about the property or hospitality of the owner. very easy check in and check out

There was a privacy issue.it was directly facing road.which i find disappointing.
