Townhouse is in a great location! It's clean inside, plenty of cookware/utensils if you wanted to cook. Checkout time is great!

My experience with the owner (or management company - you can never really tell the source of the issue) was unprofessional. My first night was cancelled two days prior due to "unforeseen maintenance issues", then my second night was cancelled 24 hours prior to check-in due to "calendar miscommunication", which leads me to believe there was no maintenance issue and someone double booked. The management company did their best to find other properties but none were available - not surprising given that there were 2 big concerts this weekend - and I had to scramble to find 2 other hotel rooms in the city on short notice and at GREAT expense. I did keep the last night of the reservation, only to find that evening that there were no towels in any of the bathrooms or closets. Management advised me to look in the dryer, where I found a load of them - all still wet. I let them know the dryer wasn't working after trying to solve it myself, and they let me know at 10 a.m. that the housekeeper would bring towels within the hour. She arrived at 12:15 p.m., and checkout was 1 p.m. As of this posting, I have yet to receive a refund for either night that was cancelled, and I've requested a discount for the third night given the towel issues. I hope this is a rare event for them, but it seems it's happened a few times before. As lovely as the condo is, I would not book here again based on the cancellation and hosting issues.
