Bluestay 124 - Superb apartment in Paris

L’appartement a de beaux volumes et est très bien situé par rapport au réseau de métro, aux restaurants, boulangeries… Situé en intérieur d’îlot, on entend pas le bruit de la rue et ni celui des voitures. L’appartement est bien chauffé. Je n’ai pas utilisé les ustensiles de cuisine mais ça avait l’air d être bien équipé. La communication avec les loueurs et rapide et facile.

Toutefois il convient de mentionner que quand je suis arrivée, l appartement n était pas propre, les loueurs ont proposé de m’envoyer une personne afin de nettoyer. Point négatifs: lit inconfortable, j ai eu mal partout. salon sombre, vues sur murs ou assimilé depuis le salon et le hall, on entend fort tout le bruit des voisins qui marchent, qui parlent, qui se douchent chez eux et le bruit dans la cage d’escalier. il aurait été bien d’avoir une table de nuit des deux côtés du lit et des lumières pour lire ou des veilleuses qu on puisse éteindre sans devoir se lever du lit. Papier de toilette une seule épaisseur s’effritant dés qu on le touche.

The location and the style of the apartment were the best. Close to lines 14 and 13 of the metro, few nice boutique, plenty of bakeries, supermarkets, wine, shops, etc..

Noise, lightning , lack of a proper oven. Unfortunately the property does not have sound isolation; you can hear every movement - and conversations- from the neighbours from above apartment, people coming up and downs the stairs, or getting out of the building. If you are sensitive to noise,better bring sleeping pills. The dining and living room lacks brightness, few standing lamps could have been ideal, but the property agency could not provide those. Also in the sleeping room , there are no side lamps if you desire to read. The light in the room is very bright. And the last notes is about the oven, which was in fact a microwave, so no possible to do proper cooking ( we stay one week), and there was no extractor for the kitchen ventilation and smell.

I loved everything about this apartment. It’s located in a very nice and quiet area. It’s truly one of the best apartments, if not the best, I’ve stayed in while visiting Paris. The apartment was extremely clean, and the customer service was excellent and very fast. We needed help with the heating, and the issue was resolved within just a few minutes. Overall, a perfect stay. I would definitely come back.

Квартира чудесная, по-настоящему французская. На первом этаже, что очень удобно , ведь в домах нет лифта. Рядом есть пекарня и рестораны, до метро 10 минут. Сам район очень тихий и приятный. При этом можно пешком дойти до центра и по Манмантру погулять

Это такая мелочь, но совершенно необходимо в душевую кабину полку для принадлежностей. Ставить на пол небезопасно, да и неудобно) пришлось написать хоть одну деталь несовершенства )
