Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel. Excellent emplacement quand on veut visiter Clermont Ferrand à pied ou en tramway. Parking souterrain très pratique. Quartier très calme. Accueil agréable.
Petit bémol pour la vaisselle. À relaver parfois et une seule cuillère à café, surprenant!

Literie au top, salon spacieux, douche très bien, facile à se mouvoir dans l’appartement , de larges couloirs, jolie cuisine. Belle vue panoramique sur le centre ville.
Le manque de stores dans la cuisine, pas de casserole, couverts pas trop solides, bols trop petits.

L'appartement par luji même est parfait.. manque juste des esplications sur l'environnement, les consignes pour les poubelles... documentation sur les balades à faire en Auvergne .... Par contre rien pour le nettoyage de l'appartement ?
