Agroktima Arta - Farm Stay

The ultimate hospitality experience – A safe and lush green oasis! Our stay at Maria's farm exceeded my expectations, making this experience more enjoyable than I could have anticipated! Located in a quiet village just outside of Arta, it offers peace and tranquility. From the very first moment, Maria welcomed us so warmly, it felt as if we had been friends for years. Since she speaks fluent German, our communication was pleasant and filled with humor. She promptly helped us with everything we needed, showing genuine care. As an experienced camper with my own caravan, I was highly impressed by the work she has done on the two mobile homes (trochovilas), transforming them into cozy accommodations with a proper roof, a balcony, and external insulation. Everything inside was spotlessly clean, and an exemplary European orderliness was evident throughout the entire property. The house is incredibly practical, featuring two toilets and a washing machine, while the lovely balcony with its shade curtains provides excellent privacy to relax with friends. The estate is huge—nearly 500 trees (orange, lemon, and mandarin trees), flowers, grapevines, and wild mulberry trees. We especially loved the large frontage of the property, which opened up to wide, clear views all around, with nothing blocking our sight, while nevertheless allowing us to have our complete privacy and personal tranquility. A huge plus was the sense of security, as the entire estate is fenced, equipped with security cameras, and offers private parking, keeping our car right next to us so we felt 100% safe. The farm served as the perfect base for excursions, allowing us to easily visit the majestic sacred rocks of Kalabaka, Meteora, the stunning beaches of Parga, to the South to Lefkada and the surrounding region of Arta. Maria, thank you for everything! We will definitely be back!

Η διαμονη μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν άριστη! Ο εσωτερικός χώρος άνετος, πεντακάθαρος κ πλήρως εξοπλισμένος! Η κυρία Μαρία πάντα πρόθυμη κ ευγενέστατη, μας έκανε να νιώθουμε σαν στη φάρμα μας 😁 ο δε εξωτερικός χώρος, μια μαγεία! Τεράστιος χώρος μέσα στη φύση, με πάπιες κ κότες, δέντρα, παρτέρια, τρομπολινο, μικροί μεγάλοι ξεφύγαμε τελείως από τα τσιμέντα της πόλης! Χαρήκαμε όλοι την περιοχή μιας κ το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κομβικο σημειο, το πολύ μισή ώρα από πολλα τουριστικά αξιοθέατα! Η αρτα είναι σε απόσταση αναπνοής, αλλά κ πολλά γραφικά χωριά. Επισκεφτηκαμε το Ζαλογγο, τη λίμνη ζηρου, την κορωνησια, την Φιλιππιαδα, το ρωμαϊκό υγραγωγειο, και φάγαμε σε πολύ καλές τιμές σούβλες σε χωριά της περιοχής. Αν με διαβάζεις κυρία Μαρία, και πάλι σας ευχαριστούμε για την άριστη φιλοξενία σας!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Toiletten. Ein Bad wurde zusätzlich angebaut, welches ausreichend groß ist und eine richtige Dusche sowie auch eine eigene Waschmaschine enthält. Dies war sehr komfortabel. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin Maria war super lieb. Wir haben sie richtig ins Herz geschlossen. Sie tut alles dafür, dass ihre Gäste einen tollen Aufenthalt haben. Wir waren dort in den beiden Charlets mit zwei Familien mit Kindern. Den Kindern und auch uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt einen großen Garten mit Trampolin, Planschbecken, zahlreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten, einen Holzkohle und auch einen Gasgrill, welchen man nutzen kann. Hühner, Gänse, Enten und Katzen sind auch auf dem Gelände zu Hause. In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Strände, viele sehenswerte Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Lidl war ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt sowie zahlreiche günstige und leckere Restaurants. Ein Urlaub dort lohnt sich sehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😁 Danke für Alles. 🥰

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Das Grundstück ist rundum eingezäunt und eignet sich perfekt für Familien und Leute mit einem Hund. Diverse Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten wie Trampolin, Plantschbecken für Kinder sind vorhanden. Auch die Gänse und Hühner sind kurzweilig zu beobachten. Die Unterkunft ist auch sehr gut geeignet für einen Zwischenstop vor der Fähre (Igoumenitsa). Maria spricht fliessend Deutsch und steht einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ca. Eine halbe Stunde weg ist ein Strand der sich perfekt zum Surfen eignet und auch kulturell gibt es einiges zu entdecken. Nachts ist es ruhig. Danke Maria für den schönen Aufenthalt. Auch den Kindern hat es gut gefallen. Es war toll dich kennen gelernt zu haben.
