Die Lage direkt am Meer ist toll. Die Ausstattung ist modern und hochwertig. Tiefgarage im Haus, das mit viel Liebe und Stil renoviert wurde. Ein tolles Haus, mit einer schönen terrassenförmigen Gartenanlage und Pool, auch wenn es dazu an Ostern noch zu kalt war ;-) Die Menschen die sich hier kümmern sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Beschreibung auf booking.com ist sehr aussagekräftig und real.

Great place with wonderful view. We found it convenient if you travel by car, 3min to Lidl, 5 min to center of Opatja, 12 min to center of Rjeka. Very clean apartment, pet-friendly. Amazing, specificaly dedicated, outdor dinner place for each apartment with fantastic view Hospitality of the host is exceptional, thank you Dino.

Nothing to mention here. Maybe just a wish to share, we thought that if you stay with kid one more sofa in the main room would be very nice to have considering how big the room is :)

We had a wonderful stay in one of the apartments in this beautiful seaside villa. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and perfectly organized. The apartment itself was brand new, stylishly furnished, and exceptionally clean. It offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. One of the highlights was definitely the terrace by the pool, which provided a breathtaking view of the sea and the town of Opatija. Watching the sunset from there was truly unforgettable. The peaceful atmosphere of the villa made it easy to unwind and fully enjoy our time. Parking was completely hassle-free, which made our stay even more convenient. A special mention goes to Dino, the host, who was outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, always available, and happy to help with anything we needed. His hospitality made us feel at home right away. Overall, this accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay by the sea.

I have nothing to complain about.

Wir waren mit unserem Hund angereist, für ihn und uns war der Aufenthalt ideal. Soweit ich weiß, sind Hunde nur in drei Apartments erlaubt. Wir haben selbstverständlich überall – sowohl im gesamten Bereich als auch auf der eigenen Terrasse am Hang – darauf geachtet, dass er niemanden stört und sich nicht in die Nähe des Poolbereichs begibt. Zwar verfügt jedes Apartment über keinen eigenen Balkon / Terrasse, jedoch ist jedem eine private Terrasse im Hangbereich zugeordnet. Diese bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und lädt mit ihrer gepflegten Gestaltung zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Zum Abendessen zog es uns zu Fuß nach Opatija oder ins charmante Volosko. Danach bot sich ein gemütlicher Verdauungsspaziergang zurück mit unserer Hündin entlang der Küste noch an. Abends noch einen guten Wein mit Blick aufs Meer und das wunderschöne Lichtermeer – ein perfekter Abschluss des Tages.

Das Meer direkt vor Ort hat uns nicht gefallen - Felsen - keine schöne Liegemöglichkeiten - zu viele Leute und der Parkplatz wo Besucher parken war meiner Meinung etwas herunter gekommen und schmutzig. Störte uns in diesen Sinne aber nicht da wir eher auf einen schönen Pool wert legen :-) Soll keine negative Bewertung sein - für uns war die Lage und Unterkunft TOP !!
