We had such a beautiful stay at Silver Ferns Flat. The apartment was spotless—like, seriously clean—and right on the beach. We could literally step out and be in the sand in seconds. So peaceful. It was super handy too—great restaurants just around the corner, and we even saw turtles just down the road. The prices were fair, and the whole vibe of the place felt calm and safe. Dr Eric, the owner, was great—really friendly and helpful. And the lovely lady who looked after us each day (I wish I remembered her name!) was warm, caring, and made everything feel easy. Highly recommend this spot. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Sri Lanka.

Just a couple of tiny things to mention: the air conditioner made a slight noise when set to swing mode, and we didn’t notice any smoke alarms or fire detectors in the property. That said, it didn’t take away from how amazing the stay was overall.
