Villa Marilen

Location is down a quiet track and so a medium size car would be good as the road is narrow and only one car can,pass. Quiet area, spacious plot and villa, pool a decent size. Plenty of places to stock up on groceries and a beautiful beach ten mins walk. Well stocked kitchen and a great bbq.

Die Villa war für uns perfekt, tolle Aufteilung der Zimmer, weitläufiger Garten, toller Pool, schöne Terrasse, hat uns wirklich überzeugt. Auch die Lage ist fantastisch. ruhig, aber doch einfach erreichbar.

The property is large and spacious with a lovely swimming pool. It is very private and secure. The location enables you to walk into Alcudia old town in a short amount of time. The bedrooms are comfortable with air conditioning. The outside space is very usable.

Not much. It would be much more comfortable if the kitchen had air conditioning and some other areas of the house. The bathroom could do with a bit of cleaning up around the shower screen and modernisation. The area outside where the old house bits are stored needs to be turned into something else.

Huset ligger strax utanför Alcudias gamla stad, bara några minuter med bil, även om det absolut är möjligt att gå. Huset har ett privat läge och det känns som att man är på landet, det är väldigt lugnt och fridfullt. Bra läge för långa promenader i området, både till stadens centrum och in i gamla stan. Men man är ju på semester och då är det skönt att bara kunna spendera dagarna i poolen och laga mat själv. Köket är välutrustat och det finns också grillmöjligheter utomhus. Utemiljön är fantastisk med olika fruktträd, en stor terrass och poolen. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
