To be honest, I didnt put too much hope on this Atour S Hotel, but my experience with this hotel was excellent, way beyond my expectation. I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, very convenient by subway or taxi. The room was clean and user friendly. What impressed me the most was the service they provided. All staff I met in the hotel during my stay was so nice, helpful and efficient. Whenever I need something or some help, they can just solve the issues immediately or provide the service I needed. Really hope I will have another chance to stay in this hotel.

这家酒店的住宿体验超过预期。这家酒店离地铁12号线顾戴路站很近，打车的话酒店门口能停车，也很方便。房间干净舒适。最重要的是，我在住宿期间，碰到所有的酒店工作人员都很友善，主动提供帮助，工作效率也很高。下次有机会去上海还想住这家酒店。

We booked two rooms and everyone in the family was very satisfied. The place was comfortable and the service was excellent. They even provided free late-night snacks, which was really thoughtful
