I would call this home a Townsend jewel.

The location was wonderful with several restaurants directly within walking distance. The Abbey and Pancake House were our favorites. I do not recommend the bbq one as it was a terrible experience. The house is beautiful inside and out with high end finishes. The beds are bathrooms and common areas were all just lovely and had everything you would need. The back porch is screened and very nice.

One major thing to point out... the listing shows one of the rooms as having 2 king beds. This is incorrect and was a big problem for us as we had to have one of the adults, who paid the same portion as everyone else for the house, sleep on a pullout sofa. As you know, those aren't the most comfortable. Everything else about the house is fantastic but thinking you have an extra king bed that you don't is a big problem and we wouldn't have rented a home that couldn't accommodate our group. The outside could use some cleaning up and maybe a better firepit area by the river but overall, not a big deal.
