Awful.

Nothing, the landlord is an untrustworthy and unreliable person to deal with. I would not recommend.

The fact we couldn’t stay there as the landlord felt it was acceptable to rent it out to other people away from booking.com and leave us without accommodation and initially refused to give us a refund and tried to trick us into paying a cancellation fee.

Location was excellent room was small but clean

Was very disappointed that the first thing that Francis was interested in doing was charging us an extra £30 extra because we had arrived 2 hours early even though the room was clearly ready.

A comfortable stay, a couple of issues but nothing insurmountable.

The rooms we had booked were clean and ready for us to use. The property had parking and plenty of space.

It was a little tricky to find as the entrance was through a back door, and we had to call the owner to locate the key and gain access. As the place is split up into several rooms which I assume can all be let out to individual parties, we would recommend locks on the doors both sides.

Francis the Host is friendly and approachable and a pleasure to deal with. I made the booking for my colleagues who were working locally and they reported a pleasant and comfortable stay and Francis was responsive when needed. Thank you, we have made further bookings with Francis and will continue to do so when working locally again. Thank you :-)

Clean, bright & spacious.

Lovely clean house, met on arrival by a friendly and polite young gentleman. All facilities explained. Good secure small garden for dog (make sure bolt across when inside). We had the whole place to ourselves as no other guests. Large sitting room and good sized kitchen for use.

On a large housing estate but walking distance to excellent small cafe and to walks for dog. Lots of T junctions so remember your route.
