Would be an excellent review, but we were tricked about the air conditioning system

The place is spacious and clean. It was good with free parlkng too. Just with 1 main drawback

Air conditioning? The whole flat with a tiny portable air conditioner that is attached with a water bottle needs to be empty every 2 hours . It was 30c, and the whole flat was like a sauna . They shouldn't advertise it has air conditioning . We were all hot and sweaty . Couldn't sleep at all . Are we allowed to have a refund ?

Disappointing

We arrived around 2:45 PM, but unfortunately, we had not received any parking information in advance. It took about two hours and several messages before the host provided us with the entrance and parking details, so we were only able to enter the building around 5:30–6:00 PM. As a result, we lost most of our first day in Paris. Additionally, the apartment was not as clean as expected — the kitchen sink wasn’t fully clean, dishes were still wet in the cupboard, and the bathroom lacked basic supplies like hand soap. The towels were old and mismatched, which made it uncomfortable to shower. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Beautiful and clean flat in a high rise building with convenient location

The flat is clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of space. There is a free car park in the basement. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

The apartment is in a high rise building which was under renovation at the time. The signs of the building is covered, so it was a little difficult to find at first but once you are in, it’s easy to get in and out. The kettle was broken. Cutting board has been used excessively and should be replaced.

O custo benefício para quem quer 2 quartos e levar os filhos é bom. A garagem bem abaixo do prédio facilita.

O prédio é sujo, o apartamento tem bom tamanho mais só tem 1 banheiro e o local de tomar banho é distante do resto do banheiro. A cozinha deveria ter mais alguns itens como café e alguma coisa para quando chegamos. Muito cheiro de cigarro no corredor do prédio.

La ubicación junto a metro, el parking para coche, zona muy tranquila, y vivienda limpia ordenada y com buen gusto de decoración.

El aire acondicionado es portátil y para conectarlo hay que abrir la ventana, y hay mucho ruido de las máquinas.

De accommodatie ligt heel dicht bij een metrostation en beschikt over een eigen parkeerplaats. Ruimte in het appartement is ook prima.

Hygiëne kon beter, daarnaast kan het appartement een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

De parking voor de auto. De nabijheid van de metro en de bakker, net om de hoek.

Een wandtafel met 2 stoelen in de keuken voor het nemen van het ontbijt zou handig zijn.
