Furnished Luxury Apartment Close to Boston

Good location and clean and good apartment

The exhaust fan in both bathrooms ran constantly with no way to turn off,

The apartment was great. It was perfect for our group of 4. Place was clean. I was surprised that it had 2 bathrooms, which was a plus.

The location was horrible. We saw some reviews saying parking was bad but literally is non existent. The whole city is residential parking only requiring a permit. There is literally NO public parking. We drive around for an hour the first night looking for a parking spot and eventually parked in a side neighborhood street. We asked the person living there and he said we should be fine. We had the dates wrong because the sign says they clean the roads the 2nd Thursday of the month. Well we got towed. We ended up parking in the same place the 2nd night and it was fine. We also parked one night on the opposite side of the street from the condo building and was also fine. If you’re coming to Boston for the city stay in the city. There is no public transport either from here.if your going to Salem stay in Salem, Marblehead or Peabody. As far as the apartment the internet went out every evening. We tried to get it resolved but didn’t until the last night. The bathroom fans automatically go on and didn’t turn off the entire trip. It was hard to sleep with the fan noise. Hopefully they addressed that.

Very good security, very clean, there is privacy and it’s in a good location.

Delayed response to queries, inability to speak to humans at anytime whereby one can get an emergency and they don’t get immediate help ending up being stranded. Some neighbors smoke marijuana in the middle of the night and it spreads in all the apartment rooms.

The property is awesome, really good price with everything necessary for a good staying.

The checkin is at 5pm, that’s crazy! We wanted to checkin earlier but the answer was a resounding no with a constant delay in communication.
