A solid accommodation above the rooftops of Milan
The apartment was on the 7th floor with a wonderful view and, despite the small windows, quite bright. The building is very charming, especially the staircase.
The air conditioning units were indeed very loud, and we first had to look for the adapter in the flat, which was a bit of a hassle. We also missed having trash bins (there were only buckets, no bags), as well as kitchen soap and a sponge. After around midnight, only cold showers were possible.

Un bel emplacement c est le seul point positif
L emplacement de l appartement et le style de l immeuble. Une pizzeria en face incroyable !
Le fait d avoir loué un appartement avec la climatisation et qu elle n y soit pas !!! Aucun ventilateurs pour dépanner. L appartement est sous les toits, la chaleur est insoutenable (visite en aout) L odeur de gaz à chaque fois qu on allume l eau chaude. Pas d alèse entre le drap et le matela Le manque d équipement . Pas assez de vaisselle. Une propreté correcte mais le linge est usé, le canapé tâché et la baignoire est douteuse ... Nous avons quitté le logement à cause de la chaleur. Nous avons dû nous reloger sans dédommagement.

Buena ubicación.
Estaba muy bien ubicado, justo al lado de una boca de metro. Andando está todo a unos 30min. El chico que nos entregó las llaves fue muy amable.
Si puedo poner alguna pega es que hace bastante calor, no hay aire acondicionado. Tienen dos máquinas de aire pero es imposible dormir con ellas por el ruido.

Pas incroyable mais fait l’affaire
L’emplacement juste en face d’une bouche de métro et dans un quartier plutôt calme, le prix peu cher.
Le gros point négatif est le fait qu’ils nous ont prévenu juste un jour en avance qu’un Check out après 21h serait facturé 30€, alors que depuis 2 mois ils savaient que nous arrivions à 23h30 comme je l’avais indiqué. Sinon, les équipements sont extrêmement simples, les lits font beaucoup de bruits en grinçant au moindre mouvement, la baignoire a de la saleté incrustée, il y avait vraiment beaucoup de moustiques et aucun moyen de se protéger (ni moustiquaire, ni prise anti moustique).
