Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Η περιοχή είναι ασφαλής και ιδανική για άτομα που ταξιδεύουν μόνα. Πολύ κοντά στο διαμέρισμα μπορεί κανείς να βρει μίνι μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, περίπτερα, καφέ κ.λπ. Το διαμέρισμα είναι παραδειγματικά καθαρό, και παρέχει ό,τι μπορεί κανείς να χρειαστεί για μια σύντομη διαμονή. Η συνεννόηση με τους ιδιοκτήτες ήταν εξαιρετική, και η άφιξη/αναχώρηση πολύ απλή διαδικασία.
Κάτι που είναι χρήσιμο να ξέρει κανείς είναι ότι η πολυκατοικία βρίσκεται σε μικρό πεζόδρομο, στον οποίο η πρόσβαση γίνεται με σκαλοπάτια από τον κοντινότερο κύριο δρόμο. Αυτό δεν επηρέασε καθόλου τη δική μου διαμονή ή ευκολία, μπορεί όμως να επηρεάσει άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα ή με πολλές και βαριές αποσκευές.

Buena localización, precio competitivo, aire acondicionado en ambas estancias
Polvo dentro de los armarios, pelos en la ducha, escobilla del váter con caca de previos inquilinos, sandwichera y sartenes sucias, ponen cápsulas de café y no hay más que un hervidor, la clave del wifi está mal puesta, es la que pone en la etiqueta del router
