The Social Hub Glasgow Extended Stay

Bien situado, el apartamento muy acogedor y el personal muy amable y servicial…el ambiente de la recepción era muy agradable y divertido!

Nada. Volvería a alojarme allí.

Lo staff, l'accoglienza, l'atmosfera, la posizione e la camera sono ottimi. La camera era complessivamente pulita e il letto comodo. La struttura dispone di un grande numero di servizi e l'atmosfera rilassata è molto gradevole, anche se si vuole rimanere in hotel. La posizione è ottima per esplorare la città ed è a soli 10 minuti dalla stazione di Queen Street, dalla quale si possono raggiungere Edimburgo e altre località della Scozia.

Il lavandino della camera si è otturato e ci sono voluti un paio di giorni affinché lo staff lo sturasse e lo pulisse. In extended stay una sola pulizia della camera a settimana è davvero poco...

La ubicación, el servicio siempre fue amable y atento lo que hace la estancia agradable, y las opciones de actividades que ofrece el hotel.

Falta de limpieza en general, que si no mejora harán del sitio un lugar que ya no merezca el precio. Los baños de abajo comunes daba asco usarlos. Se dejaron la puerta de nuestra habitación abierta todo el día al limpiar porque se atascaba.

Good central location

Some of the furnishings were not fit for purpose, they looked trendy but did not work e.g. reading lamp faced down away from bed and overhead leighting angled away from bed head so you could not read in bed. No hook near sink for handtowel, no drawer for clothes in a long-stay studio. Square below was noisy so lots of noise from below, asked to be given quiet room at the back but were given a front one. Duvet too thick, only sheets provided as an alternative, these were removed mid week and I had to ask for new ones, those that were put on the bed mid week were stained. Reception isle design meant staff did not know who had been waiting longest to be served and this led to an argument between guests. Asked three times for the bid to be emptied (self catering studio in a heatwave) midweek, and in the end were given a plastic bag to change ourselves and were shown the utility corridor to dispose of our own rubbish.
