Location, character and spaciousness of property. Great to have outside space.
Outside space needed a good tidy up. Some hard copy information on local amenities, public transport etc would have been helpful to visitors who are complete novices in Sydney

Good location; very close to Lightrail. Comfortable beds. Good communication from property manager.
The master bedroom overlooks the laneway and there was quite a lot of noise in the evening (up to 11pm).

Convenient well located close to Central Station, restaurants and quiet at night- great beds and linen too
Upstairs toilet was not very clean, terrace area not clean and had sharp spikey seeds, only one spare toilet roll, no cleaning product for dishwasher
