Gostei da localização. E do prédio que é bem seguro.
. Não gostei que qdo cheguei o apto estava com roupa de cama sem trocar. ( tinham muitos fios de cabelo no lençol e virol além de um odor ruim) 2. Não tinha saboneteira no box. Tinha deixar sabonete no chão. 3.Travesseiros disformes. Horríveis. 4. Cafeteira nao funcionava. 5. Não tinha nem um pano de cozinha ou papel toalha. 6. Roupas de cama de baixissima qualidade. Poderiam melhorar para ficar no nivel do predio.

Localização excelente, perto de parque, supermercado, shopping, academia, restaurantes etc. Bem equipado, inclusive com filtro de água. Andar alto.

Prédio do flat, Segurança do flat, Localização
Contratei 3 diárias, recebi 1 (UM) rolo de papel higiênico para 2 pessoas usar durante 3 dias! Recebi 2 toalhas de banho (sem toalha de rosto para 3 dias! O chuveiro não é bom e demora muito para aquecer! Pequenos detalhes que fazem muita diferença! Não usei o fogão!
