    ⭐ Very Bad Experience – Not Worth the Stay I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I faced several basic issues, and unfortunately, the hotel staff did not provide proper support or a satisfactory solution. The TV was not working, which I reported, but there was no proper resolution. The hotel also had no Wi-Fi facility, which was very inconvenient, especially when staying with family. Another major issue was the water supply. Proper water was not available, which is a very basic requirement for any hotel stay. Along with this, towels and basic toiletries were not provided. These are essential amenities that guests normally expect without having to repeatedly ask for them. What made the experience even worse was the lack of response from the staff. Whenever we tried to raise our concerns, there was no proper response or immediate assistance. Good customer service is very important in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, I did not experience that here. The surrounding area was also not very good or comfortable, which added to the overall unpleasant experience. I honestly expected a much better stay, but I left feeling very disappointed. The hotel needs significant improvement in terms of basic facilities, cleanliness/amenities, staff responsiveness, and overall guest service. One advantage The only major advantage of this hotel is its location. It is located close to Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, making it convenient for people who are visiting the temple. Other than the convenient location, my overall experience was very poor. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the facilities and service for future guests.
