Great Location

Great location, easy to find and can park right outside. Great for a few nights stay and good value

Convenient overnight stop for an onward journey.

It was a good place to stay for a night before travelling on the next day. Very convenient for our journey and easy to find. The facilities were good.

The stairs were very awkward and would not be safe for children or elderly people. The decor was good but dark, which detracted from the property. Bourbourg does not have many restaurants but the Bar Central was very nice and the locals were all very friendly

The stair were dangerous, there were no toilet facilities on the same floor as the bedrooms, the kitchen was very outdated, they did not respond to questions, uncomfortable beds, very basic

Lovely little house

We arrived very late after delays at the channel tunnel. Luckily the keys were in a key box so we didn’t have to worry about keeping our host up late. The house was everything we needed after a long journey. The beds were comfortable and we had the best sleep we’d had in a long time. We awoke to birdsong and views of the canal right outside the door. The garden was great to enjoy an early morning coffee in before our onward journey. The host, Marie, sent very clear instructions, which unfortunately I couldn’t reply to due to having no internet access, but merci bien Marie!!

Not a negative at all, but the stairs were very steep and would be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Great place to stop for a night after the crossing from uk before moving onwards for the rest of our break.

It was in a quiet location with parking at the door.

The towels were too small for showering although we made do. The stairs are VERY steep so may not be manageable with small children or any mobility issues

Dirty place with stair danger - not family place

The location is good with a car park front to the flat.

the flat is horrible. The bathroom is on the first floor next to the kitchen and the bedrooms are on the second floor. This information is not included in the reservation, so going to the bathroom at night is very dangerous because the handrail is loose, and the stairs are a small and danger. The pillowcases and sheets were dirty and are not washed often. A towel for bathing is a disgrace! It is very small, it looks like a towel for washing your hands. Also, very dirty. The bathroom sink was clogged and no water was coming out, as you can see in the photo. Disappointing! this is not a good place to go with family. I travelled with my mother (75 years old) and daughter.

Très bien pour un court séjour

Bien équipé, bien situé, facilité de stationnement, baignoire, commerces à proximité. Très bien décoré!

Prevoir barrière bébé pour escalier très raide, logement propre mais pas nickel, isolation des velux des chambres en haut (thermique et phonique)

Nous n'y sommes restés que pour y dormir une nuit et n'avons donc pas beaucoup de recul. L'espace y est suffisant pour une famille de 4, la literie est confortable, les lits faits à l'arrivée sont appréciables, l'espace salon est chaleureux. Les commerces à proximité (boulangerie, supermarché pour les petites courses de dernières minutes) sont un plus tout comme la facilité de stationnement. La brochure explicative envoyée par la propriétaire avant l'arrivée est une attention sympathique.

Le marc de café restant dans la cafetière, qui mériterait un détartrage puisque nous avons du attendre 1/2 h pour obtenir 4 tasses de café, la bouilloire non vidée, les cheveux dans la baignoire et dans un des lits... des détails... mais qui comptent lorsque nous passons derrière des personnes que nous ne connaissons pas. Petite suggestion : ajouter un peu de vaisselle (bols, tasses et petites cuillères). Attention aux escaliers pour les personnes âgées ou les jeunes enfants, ils sont très "raides".

Hier findet man alles was man braucht. Die Unterkunft ist Abends / Nachts ist es ruhig, obwohl sie direkt an einer Straße liegt. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden und kostenlos.

Billigt men ringe

Der var meget koldt og ingen mulighed for at varme op. Gelænder over for trappen var løst kun to bolte ud af seks, meget farligt da min mand går dårligt. Den såkaldte terrasse var meget beskidt. Der var ingen håndklæder.

Jederzeit nochmal, superschöne Unterkunft!

Eine traumhaft schöne Unterkunft direkt an einem Kanal gelegen, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr nette Vermieterin am Telefon, super sauber, gut ausgestattet, sehr gutes Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Würden dort definitiv nochmal übernachten.

Wenn man einen Gasherd hat, wäre ein Anzünder, ein Feuerzeug oder Streichhölzer hilfreich. Zum Glück wohnen in der Straße sehr freundliche Menschen, die einem Streichhölzer leihen. Handtücher wären toll, aus der Beschreibung ging nicht hervor, dass man eigene mitbringen muss und da unsere in London aus unserem Auto gestohlen wurden, mussten wir uns zu dritt ein Badelaken teilen. Die Terrasse / der winzige Innenhof steht im starken Kontrast zu der wunderschönen Einrichtung des Häuschens. Da sollte dringend was getan werden, damit dieser auch gemütlicher wird.
