Staff were very helpful with helping us with luggage within hotel and to/from taxi drop-off/pickup. Staff also kind to arrange early breakfast, which was tasty. Hotel deco top class.
I sent some clothes for laundry in my own laundry bag. Clothes came back in same SOILED laundry bag AND JUST RAMMED into the bag, instead of being properly folded. Thus had to wear extremely crumpled clothes ! Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable.
