Overall location, facilities and ease of work8ng with the host to get what was my first experience of this type of accomodation happening.
Some of the house rules were a little over constraining. Don’t disagree they are needed but they should allow for peoples differing preferences.e.g. Don’t park in driveway? Should be only park on sealed driveway not on graded areas, or, no smoking on the property, should be no smoking inside any of the property and ensure that any waste generated is cleaned up and disposed of appropriately. Better than having to stand in the street with no shelter.

Location and number of beds/ bathrooms
Separation of rooms- no internal access to downstairs.
Blinds did not cover windows
Heating was not adequate for the space and we were cold most of the time.
