Downtown Mountain and City Views

Good location, walkable to the cruise centre (~20mins but easy well paved walk). Walkable to Stanley Park as well. The apartment is situated in the midst of Sheraton’s buildings - so environment was pleasant too. Good amenities nearby and very clear instruction given for check in.

The curtains can be better.

Washing machine not working

Feels like some TLC is needed overall in the place some maintenance and small upgrades would make this a great stay. In line with other recent reviews no notification that washing machine was broken, apparently parts are still on order but this should’ve been advised before arrival or taken off listing as seems to be a long term issue. Also wet washing hanging in wardrobe and items left in tumble dryer. Poorly equipped kitchen equipment, some things we couldn’t get to work properly. Mountain View is a bit of a stretch it’s definitely just a city view

The location is great. Beautiful view.

The owner did not communicate beforehand that the ensuite washer and dryer was not working. They gave me access to the common washing area but I have to pay for it. In addition, the owner provided minimal consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper, etc.) during my two and a half week of stay. They never came to refill such. I believe the price charged is too much if these essentials are not well stocked or constantly replenished.
