In general our accommodation was fine but the bed was very hard
The location was perfect and the apartment was new and nice. The entrance for the building was very secure due to face control. The neighborhood seems to be secure and calm.
The bed (mattress) was veryyy hard it wasn’t comfortable at all to sleep in this bed for one week. Also we asked for cleaning service but they were going to charge us but at the same time we didn’t had inside the room one mob or something to clean a bit the house. Inside the kitchen they didn’t had paper we needed to use the toilet paper and also the sponge for washing the plates was extremely old.

Very clean and spacious room. Felt safe there - there is a face scanner at the entrance.
Comfortable mattress, clean bathrooms with shampoo etc., well equipped kitchen (microwave, pods, coffee machine). Small balcony with nice view. Close to the metro station & supermarket. WiFi worked perfectly.
We couldn’t use the laundry room because there was a problem with the code……… it was annoying!

Terrible Experience – Be Careful if You Arrive at Night
It’s clean
I arrived around midnight, and the code they gave me for the entrance didn’t work. It was raining, and I ended up waiting outside from midnight until almost 3 AM — no one answered my calls or messages. There’s no reception at night, and nobody helps you if something goes wrong.
Eventually, another guest came down and helped me get in, but the whole experience was awful. The next day, when I asked to check out just one hour later (after basically spending the night outside), they were rude and tried to charge me for an extra night. The staff was unhelpful and pretended not to understand English.
Overall, a really bad experience. If you’re arriving late, beware — no one will take care of you.

Good location, very roomy place, terrible check-in process, almost-inexistent customer support
The room is very roomy, plenty of space. It could accomodate a couple for an extended length of time but the couch can be turned into a bed and accommodate even more people. The couch and the bed are decently comfortable.
The property is located in a safe area and you don't feel afraid of going out on the street.
The kitchen has an air fryer, a stove, a cooktop with four induction cookers, a microwave, and plenty of cooking utensils.
There is an abundance of power plugs around the apartment, which we thought was pretty neat – one of the best supplied properties we ever stayed in, regarding this.
The bedroom and living room and windows were decently clean.
The check-in and check-out are automated and the process is messy. After reaching out to them, we were told a message had been sent through WhatsApp (which wasn't true); when they finally sent the message (reminder that communicating through a different app goes against Booking.com's policies), it contained a link for you to record a short video of your face, so the facial recognition can unlock the door. Despite that, the camera couldn't read my face and it was extremely hard to reach out to the host. Firstly you have to 'defeat' a stupid chatbot until you are allowed to speak to a human and the human takes ages to reply, when you are waiting with your bags in the middle of the street. We saw other guests not able to get inside the property they rented, so this problem wasn't exclusive to us. We waited almost an hour on the street before we were finally let in.
Immediately we noticed the potable water supply in the unit needed a change of filter. We notified the host and received no reply.
There was a Nespresso pod machine that did not work. We also notified the host and received no reply. We were not given any pods.
The kitchen has no bowls and no electric kettle.
They do give you a sponge and some ultra-diluted detergent, but no cloth or paper towel roll or even a tiny squeegee (which is a staple in this part of the world for collecting inside the sink the water that ends up inevitably spilling on the counter).
The cleanliness of the kitchen was undermining, the pans and plates were dirty. Also, they don't provide you any seasoning like salt or pepper nor any cooking oil.
We stayed on the 3rd floor and the building has low water pressure, which makes the showering experience below-average. The water coming out from the sink is not even enough to clean the razor blade after shaving.
The pillows given are flat and deflated, which we found uncomfortable.

Great and tranquil spot in Rio
I liked everything, located in the family friendly area of Peixoto yet close to everything we may need in Copacabana. All in the flat is brand new. Easy check in and great assistance via WhatsApp. Would recommend and can’t wait to stay again.

Würde jeder zeit wieder kommen
Es war sehr sauber, ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Freundlicher empfang, Check in ht alles reibungslos Funtioniert, ich konnte sogar schon etwas früher einchecken.
Der Pool war nach dem anstellen der Düsen und dem Filter schnell sauber und angenehm.
Würde aufjedenfall wieder kommen
Am anfang gab es ein paar kleine probleme wie die Fernbedienung zur Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, was aber schnell behoben wurde.
Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist leider sehr langsam abgelaufen wodurch man aufpassen musst das man das wasser nicvt zu lange laufen lässt, dies wurde leider nicht behoben

Her kaldığımız yerde çıkış işlemlerinden sonra çantalarımızın kalmasını rica ettik sağolsunlar kabul ettiler ancak bu işletme hiç yardımcı olmadı. Ayrıca gereksiz bir giriş mevcut binaya uğraşmamız gerekecek. Konum olarak plaja yürüyerek 20-25 dakika.

Budynek jest nowy to duży plus. Jest bardzo blisko na plażę Copacabana oraz plażę Ipanema. Duże łóżko oraz twardy materac który bardzo lubię. Jest kuchnia i można coś ugotować.
Żaluzje w oknach nie dają światła, jest bardzo ciemno, gdy wychodzisz musisz je zawsze zamykać jest to trochę uciążliwe. Brak kawy do expresu, czajnika na herbatę, miotły i ściereczki. Trzeba wszystko samemu dokupić.

Bel appartement bien situé mais sans isolation.
La propreté ainsi que l’emplacement. Un appartement moderne avec cuisine moderne. L’entrée de l’immeuble via votre reconnaissance faciale une sécurité de plus et l’entrée de l’appartement via un code, évite de perdre les clefs ! Literie confortable.
Une isolation catastrophique !!!! On entend les voisins prendre leur douche ou regarder la télé. Ceux de la terrasse du dessous, nous avons l’impression de boire l’apéro avec eux. Le claquement des portes… Appartement assez petit et étroit, pas le même que sur les photos mais tout aussi moderne. Isolation un vrai problème, sincèrement…

Super bonito, exatamente como o anúncio
O apartamento é exatamente como anunciado na foto. É super novo, decorado, limpo, silencioso e bem localizado. Fiz o cadastro para o reconhecimento facial durante o check-in com antecedência e quando cheguei ele não funcionou, mas o proprietário me respondeu a mensagem pelo booking.com super rápido e consegui entrar sem problemas.
Não consegui manter o chão do apartamento limpo porque não havia vassoura disponível, apenas uma pá e escova. Além disso o lençol da cama era um lençol sem elástico, o que gerou um pouco de desconforto.

Tinha combinado de chegar à noite mas não tinha suporte e não consegui entrar no prédio até que. Negou um outro hóspede e abriu o portão para mim.
Fiquei mais de 40 minutos na porta e me responderam só no dia seguinte.
Esse problema é uma constância visto que o hóspede passou pelo mesmo problema mas como foi de dia ele conseguiu falar com o suporte.

, o apto é ótimo, super bem equipado, tudo de bom gosto, moderno, funcional e bem cuidado. Limpeza e conforto excelentes. Ficamos encantados.
A única reclamação é que quando chegamos, não conseguimos entrar no prédio, então entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp, por e-mail, pelo Booking, tentei ligar e só tive retorno depois de 1 hora. Se não tivesse saído um hóspede do prédio, nos deixando entrar, teríamos ficado 1 hora na rua esperando. Sugiro que melhorem esse suporte, por que todo o resto foi ótimo.

Tenho 70 anos, pra velhos é uma coisa muito sem humanidade
Da instalação
Cama dura, tudo mais ou menos digital. Pra sair do prédio, tem que apertar dois botões, mas até transpassar a primeira porta e descer escadinha a última porta já fechou. O elevador não é normal: vc aperta o número do andar, mas elevador só parte se vc apertar outro botão. Não é automático. Outra coisa, eu tinha que apertar o 3o andar, meu andar, mas na prática descia no segundo, cuja numeração começava com 403 e seguia com 301, 302…hilário .
Pedi pra esticar minha saída 45 min. Como tudo se resolve digitalmente tive que morrer com CINquenta REAIS. Não existe opção de deixar malas na portaria ou qq lugar.
A única exceção dessa coisa toda fria, nada humana é a Márcia, a camareira. Ela me ensinou os macetes e foi muito gentil.

Pode ser um capricho da minha parte, mas estou acostumado com itens básicos de cozinha e afins (pano para a pia, para o chão e afins), itens alimentares básicos (sal, açúcar e afins) e não tinha. Além disso, as fotos do anúncio dão a sensação de que o apartamento é maior do que de fato é, mas isto não diminui a qualidade do local.

A localização é perfeita, o melhor de Copa. A revitalização do predinho ficou ótima. O prédio é histórico e um charme, era o antigo Hotel Santa Clara.

O prédio é destinado basicamente a aluguéis por temporada. É muito novo e ainda tem unidades à venda. A unidade que eu fiquei era muito confortável, bonita, espaçosa. Estava bem limpa e organizada. Cozinha bem equipada. Banheiro com chuveiro com boa vazão.
Gostamos de tudo, mas tem alguns pontos que podem melhorar.
- era oferecido toalhas de banho, mas não tinha toalha de piso pro banheiro. Isso é algo simples que poderia melhorar
- cozinha era bem equipada, mas sentimos muita falta de ter pano de prato. Ficamos hospedadas uma semana e fazíamos o café da manhã e alguns lanches.
- pia do banheiro muito entupida, pedi suporte no whats e nunca ninguém foi ver. A gente conseguiu resolver um pouco pq chegou um dia q a pia não tinha vazão nenhuma.
- ter vassoura no apartamento. Eh cobrava taxa de limpeza adicional de 100 reais. Mas um dia a gente só queria dar uma varrida no apartamento para
