Cuixac d'en Vallori by Sunvillas Mallorca

We stayed as a family of 5 in July. Myself, my wife and our 3 children (10,6,4 years) We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival, the villa is in a lovely quiet location, large private grounds and is much bigger than the pictures show, with a lovely entrance area. The house didn’t have a musty smell, in fact each room had nice air freshener and hand soap/towels were readily available. The lounge furniture was comfortable, and the beds were comfy. Air conditioning in the villa was perfect, easy to use and we went in July when it was warm! All facilities were working, the shower was a good pressure and warm. Enough hot water for 5 showers in a row. Super equipped kitchen, lots of cutlery, utensils, plates, cups, wine glasses etc.. Even plastic plates and bowls for the kids. Good size fridge/freezer. The pool we were anxious about regarding other reviews, but it was LOVELY. Clean, warm, and very well maintained throughout our stay. The kids had such a great time swimming each day. The water became low during our stay as kids jumping in and splashing, but this was refilled to the brim within one afternoon. The sun-beds and outside furniture were comfy and plenty of shade under the palm tree. Also to take and empty your rubbish at the end of your stay is standard, and expected in any villa. There are convenient large bins at the end of the road, so we emptied daily and at the end of the holiday it was easy to depart. Hosts were great. We would visit again.

Upstairs bedroom had squeaky loud floor, as wooden. Pool was lovely, but did stain our costumes. So wear old costumes in the pool.

La casa está bien situada si quieres conocer esa parte de Mallorca.

La casa huele a humedad, tiene muebles viejísimos,sábanas muy usadas y viejas, colchones incómodos y viejos. La casa está en un entorno rural, pero le falta mantenimiento y cariño. no hay presión de agua, la piscina de dudoso mantenimiento. Cuando llegamos tuvimos que avisar que la piscina estaba sucia , hojas verdes en los skimmers y paredes amarillas, no vinieron a limpiarla ni echar cloro ninguno de los días, agua turbia. Alquilas una casa por más de 2500 euros y ni siquiera tienen el detalle de dejar aceite o sal. El WC no descarga bien de la planta de arriba. Y para culminar, cuando nos íbamos llego la “dueña” y limpiadora de la misma casa, a recriminar que a las 10am nos teníamos que ir (aun eran las 9.15am)y que la bolsa de basura nos la teníamos que llevar en el coche( cargados de maletas y con un bebé de dos años) de malas maneras y muy prepotente. Se nota que están alquilando casa para exprimir al turista y ganar dinero con el menor esfuerzo posible.
