We recently stayed here and unfortunately had several issues during our visit. The biggest concern was that our room door would not lock properly, which made it very difficult to sleep and feel safe. The issue was not resolved the same night, and having to spend the night without a secure door was stressful and uncomfortable.
In addition, there were other maintenance problems during our stay, including the toilet not flushing properly. While the staff was polite and tried to assist, the overall experience did not match the level of comfort and service we expected.
We understand that things can go wrong, but what was disappointing was that no compensation or meaningful resolution was offered despite the inconvenience. We were hoping for some gesture of goodwill, especially given the impact on our stay.
The location itself is beautiful and peaceful, but for the price paid, we expected better upkeep and a more proactive response when issues arose.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the maintenance and guest experience moving forward.
