Muy bien equipado, aprovechamos de lavar y planchar ropa. Estaba todo muy limpio. Las instrucciones para instalarnos fueron muy claras. A menos de 10 minutos del casco histórico.
En verano, sin aire acondicionado es bastante caluroso. Incluso en el primer piso donde estábamos. Los ventiladores no dan abasto.

Die Schlüsselübergabe per Box hat super geklappt. Hochwertige und gepflegte Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Man freut sich nach einem Tag voller Unternehmungen darauf, in die Wohnung zurückzukehren.
Die Nutzung des Beamers für Filme ist etwas Tüftelei :-) und leider sind sehr deutlich die Schritte der Personen in der oberhalb gelegenen Wohnung zu hören.

Top Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, alles sauber, alles Vorhanden, der Klimaanlagen Tower war bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur Goldwert, der dazugehörige Parkplatz war ein Segen, man ist fußläufig in 3 min in der Stadt, nahe gelegene Lebensmittelmärkte sind in 3 min mit dem Auto erreichbar
Was mir einfällt wäre jammern auf aller höchstem Niveau. Deshalb gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
