The location was fantastic for us - half way between Duomo and Navigli. Really good range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning was really useful for the weekend we were there.

We were provided with 2 sets of different instructions for accessing the property. The ones on the Booking.com website were wrong. We spent about 40 minutes figuring this out, trying to open lock-boxes across the street that were fastened to a low fence. After fishing through emails we found a second set of instructions that worked. The rooms are quite dated and shabby, with peeling paint in the kitchen. It's more like a student flat than a luxury apartment. Although you can see the washing machine in the picture of the bathroom on the website, you don't realise how little space there is between you and it when you sit on the toilet! The toilet flush kept coming off in our hands, the shower head sprayed water in every direction and the terrace is not a nice place to sit. It's not well-maintained and overlooks an internal courtyard full of other people's laundry
