la situation devant le chemin côtier et les plages/rochers, la piscine (mais sans transats malheureusement), le quartier privé calme. Le port de Pornic à 40mn à pied par le merveilleux sentier côtier ou 30mn par les rues, la place de parking devant la maison.
Aération problématique avec odeur d'humidité présente. L'équipement très en deçà de nos espérances: maison toute riquiqui, très difficile à vivre à 4 adultes à l'intérieur avec accès à l'étage problématique. literie peu confortable, mobilier de la terrasse insuffisant et pas de parasol opérationnel. Ensemble vieillot, peinture à rafraichir et électricité inadapté et non conforme.
