The Bodhgaya Guest House

I had a wonderful stay at The Bodhgaya Guesthouse, I ordered home cooked food from the room services which was delicious, authentic Baat Chokka with homemade organic Ghee and Curd. They let me stay in the room later because I had a flight in the afternoon which was very considerate. Also the bed was comfortable and in a peaceful location away from the traffic, it was perfect. I will return with freinds next time to visit MahabohiTemple! Thankyou, see you again!

Chandan and his family were very welcoming, kind and caring. They ensured that you had a really comfortable stay. The guesthouse is walking distance to the temples in a quiet location. The meals prepared by the family were all delicious. Highly recommend staying at The Bodhgaya guesthouse.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. They brought extra blankets to keep us warm and kindly cooked delicious meals for us.

The family double room description stated that the unit included two beds, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with cooking facilities. However, upon arrival we were given only half of the unit, with the other half rented to other guests. As a result, there was only one bed, the bathroom was located outside the room across the corridor and directly next to another guest bathroom, offering very limited privacy. The kitchen, which was one of the main reasons we booked this accommodation, was not available, so we were unable to cook and had to rely on the hosts for meals.
