Immense appartement 6pièces au Golf

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement de cet appartement, l’appartement est magnifique avec trois chambres chacune des chambres à une terrasse plus une grande terrasse. Les chambres sont bien équipées. Vue d’un côté sur le monuments aux martyrs et de l’autre vue sur la grande mosquée.

Il est parfois compliqué de se garer, quand nous sommes arrivés le sol n’était pas propre.

On était en famille donc on passait surtout pour dormir et repartir, et franchement le logement gênait à aucun moment, c’est exactement ce qu’il nous fallait. On est arrivés, posé les valises, et c’était réglé. Pas de prise de tête, pas besoin de réfléchir, on s’est installés direct et basta.

Would definitely suit people travelling together who want a place they can properly settle into, even if it’s only for a short stay. Real easygoing vibe to it too.

The apartment is quite nice and spacious inside. It has two bedrooms which is great for a family. The living room is excellent and inviting. The kitchen is equally well equipped and most convenient for self-catering. The rooms are well resourced. The apartment is also very private which makes it convenient.

I did not like the staff's attitude and unfriendliness in entertaining me the first day, although they improved greatly thereafter. Particularly, I was inconvenienced upon arrival the first day. I kept getting lost and kept asking for directions but the contact wouldn't assist or call despite my requests. She was only sending WhatsApp and did not care much that I was a foreigner and it was my first time there. In addition, while I had paid for the apartment, I wouldn't be sent the access codes simply because my card was not going through for the deposit they take. I asked to be refunded and look for other options since it got quite late, but couldn't be assisted. I asked for a waiver but this took time until I threatened to report them to Booking.com as well as cancelling their lien over my account with my bank the following day. It was only after about two and a half hours moving around in the neighbourhood that they decided to waive the deposit. This was very unprofessional and I felt unsafe in a new foreign land. Also, there is need to improve on language. Not everyone speaks French. The owners should at least always send French and English communication, including on their forms. I was unable to fill some sections of their forms because they were in French. I had to ask the Taxi driver to assist and he wasn't even sure what we were filling since we had communication barrier. My advice to the staff is that they should improve on this and treat clients with utmost hospitality as opposed to being rigid and stuck to procedures that do not work sometimes.
