The staff were very friendly and helpful. Assisted my elderly mom with a short snorkel. The downstairs area with tea /cpffee and water always available was a big plus. The breakfasts very nice (choice from buffet) and on early departure they made us a takeaway breakfast. The bed was the most comfy of our trip.
A couple of suggestions - more hooks in the room and a couple of chairs and maybe a towel available when you wash off your feet before entering - there is a mat, but my mom still slipped and fell on the tiles - luckily she didnt hurt herself. The room booked was for 3 singles but was a queen and single - worked fine for us but just double check if need 3 singles.
