Le Léonard, hypercentre, LR137

Great location, lovely spacious apartment in quiet neighborhood. Felt like a very French experience staying in city centre. Aloha were was very helpful & responsive. Would def recommend to a friend!

Fans to cool the bedrooms were very welcome, even though we stayed when the summer heat was not bad. It would be very hard with no air conditioning in the full summer heat. On second storey with no lift so may not suit all groups.

A truly excellent property - the photos don’t do this spacious and modern space justice. It was very hot while we were there but each room had a fan (and we brought our own too). The kitchen was spacious and had new appliances, a coffee filter, a kettle and a nespresso coffee maker. The shower was good and all the rooms were well proportioned. The bedroom upstairs was very large with a double bed and a futon double bed. The property is very close to all the shops and restaurants and we parked at Verdun Car Park - an underground and safe car park about 8 mins walk away.

All was great

Great location. Nice kitchen/living area, spacious bedrooms

No air conditioning which would generally be fine but there was a heat wave in La Rochelle when we were there. Shower drain was a bit blocked

emplacement idéal, bons volumes, la propreté, l’accueil,

Les toilettes, pas très pratique (exigu)
